In 2013 I was introduced to a way of life that compliments the body's ability to rejuvenate itself. The African Bio-Mineral Balance founded by Alfredo Bowman better known as Dr. Sebi. The African Bio-Mineral balance founded by Dr. Sebi and Wife Maat have been proven to reverse incurable diseases by using native plants from various parts of the world. I wanted to learn more about foods and herbs so that I can share with those who were like myself. Needing to change from the traditional southern cuisine to a diet that support good health and longevity. Electric foods are foods that are grown by nature without the aid of human hands. This is the food spoken of in Genesis "And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat." I have completed a Master Herbalist Course, Family Nutritional course and continue to research and learn about how plants like humans have a specific food. All of our herbs used in our products are alkaline. They are wild crafted from there natural environment, sourced from farmers that practice sustainable harvesting and even personally harvested by me when possible.
